Based on the erotic game with the same name by Root. This anime can be quite confusing if you haven't played the game.
Hatsuki is a high school student living alone with her classmate, Hatsumi, on whom she has a huge crush. Tragedy strikes on Hatsumi's 16th birthday, when she is suddenly surrounded by green light and disappears. Hatsuki manages to follow Hatsumi with the help of a being resembling a fat chick (bird), and ends up in a place called the Great Library — a hub to many different worlds that can be visited via the books there. However, Hatsumi is nowhere to be found, so Hatsuki sets off on a journey from book to book searching for her lost love.

Ecchi
Ecchi, or etchi (エッチ), is a common Japanese word meaning "indecent", "lewd", "frisky" or "sexy", while its usage can be compared to the word "naughty". The term is used when vague sexual content, such as skimpy clothing or nudity, is prominent.
Fantasy
Magic and other supernatural forms are primary elements of plot, theme and/or setting. Distinguished from science fiction and horror by not involving scientific or macabre themes respectively, though the three genres can often overlap each other to some extent.
Large Breasts
Focus on larger than average breasts. Pretty common in anime. Usually involves adolescent girls or fully grown women.

In a traditional Fantasy anime with medieval setting, the lack of technology is "compensated" by the introduction of the supernatural, i.e. spell-casting, magic wands, and magic circles.

An erotic game (eroge) is a Japanese video or computer game that features erotic content, usually in the form of anime-style artwork. In English, eroge are often called hentai games in keeping with the English slang definition of hentai. This is sometimes shortened to H games. In Japan, eroge are also referred to as 18 games. Most erotic games are visual novels or dating sims but are not limited to them.
Any anime adaptation of a game that contains (or had a version than contains) adult content (generally sex scenes), regardless of how some fanboys blabber on how "the story in that visual novel was too good to be labelled as porn!", should definitely get this category added under them. This should make it pretty clear as to what is an erotic game and what is not.

Seinen
A subset of anime or manga that is generally targeted at a 18 - 25 year old male audience, but the audience can be much older with some manga aimed at businessmen well into their 40s.
Shoujo Ai
Shoujo Ai means girls love, and as such it explores what happens when two girls (or women) fall in love. This is not to be mistaken for Yuri which is a hentai genre. This is not. Meaning no graphical sex.
