| Watch hack//Liminality english dubbed anime online
An accident occuring in "The World", will be solved in the net framework space, with the OVA "Liminality". Mai and Kasumi collapse in the real world, however, only Mai recovers, leaving Tomonari in a coma. The incident will be investigated through the real world point of view. You will continue to come closer to the truth of the accident within the game while investigating from the real world in the OVA.

In most cases it should go hand to hand with sci-fi since we expect the future to consist of advanced technology, however, in the case where it`s explicitly stated in the story that the anime takes place "x years into the future", the state of technology doesn`t matter as long as it`s long into the future. The anime can be set in an alternative universe not tied with our own, as long as it has a futuristic feel to it.
This category sports quite a lot of anime, mostly stemming from SciFi, but not necessarily only from there. Virtual Reality A virtual reality is a place where the character interacts with a computer (or some other device)-simulated environment, be it real or imagined. The condition for a virtual reality to exist is the existence of real world for the character. In some cases, a virtual reality where characters can get harmed physically is depicted.
